How do you get to Palm Island

The best way to get to the Palm Jumeirah is in a monorail. You can also drive your car to the Palm. Otherwise, take a taxi to reach the Palm Gateway Monorail Station. From the base of the Palm, the monorail will take you up to the top where the most popular attractions of the Island can be seen.

The automatic train will give you excellent views of the Palm and the nearby Burj Al Arab Hotel. But, you cannot see the Palm shape as you need to get to heights for that. Instead, you can take a taxi straight to the Palm also.

Well, traveling in the Palm Jumeirah monorail is a bit more expensive than the metro or tram. A one-way ticket will cost AED 20, and the return ticket cost is AED 30. The monorail services are available from 9 AM to 10 PM every day.
